Consistent with the rest of the EVO series, the EVO-CM series component video utilises high performance 22AWG UP-OFC cores for all primary conductors. Further quality design measures include 75O nitrogen injected PE dielctrics to reduce the signal’s interaction with the dielectric, 100% screen double shielding, and Kordz® unique dual layer outer jacket construction.

Component Video Interconnects
The EVS series of component video interconnects utilises the same high quality construction as its EVO namesake, but with the performance enhancement of premium silver plating on the primary conductors. The very high frequencies (up to 700MHz) which are used in all component video applications ensure that “skin effect” is maximised for this format, so the silver plating provides the best possible benefit. The result is greater resolution and colour accuracy in HD video.
